You can open any single submission and see exactly what the respondent saw — every input they entered and the result the project produced — rendered read-only. This article explains how, and the plan requirement.
Plan note: Viewing an individual response is available on the Professional plan and above. On the Starter plan, the action prompts you to upgrade.
Opening a response
- Go to Analytics and open the Responses tab.
- Find the row you want to inspect.
- Click the View response icon (open-in-new) at the right end of the row.
On a paid plan, this opens the response in a new browser tab. On the Starter plan, clicking it opens an upgrade prompt instead of the response.
What you see
The response opens as a read-only render of your published project, populated with that respondent's submitted values. It shows:
- Every input block filled in with the values the respondent entered.
- The calculated result the project produced for those inputs.
Because the view is read-only, you can't change inputs or recalculate — it's a faithful snapshot of one past run, not a live calculator. This is useful for confirming what a specific person submitted, debugging an unexpected result, or sharing an exact scenario with a teammate.
Where to find the row
If you're looking for a particular submission, use the filters on the Responses tab to narrow by date, link, version, or user first, then open the response from the filtered list. See Responses table and filtering.
