This article covers your subscription — viewing your plan, changing it, managing payment details, and cancelling.
Billing is per workspace and lives on the Billing tab of workspace settings. The Owner manages the subscription; Admins manage the team and seats.
What's on the Billing tab
- Subscription for your team — your current plan, renewal date, and price.
- Seats — your seat usage and the Add Seats control. See Seats and team expansion.
- Billing information — the billing name and address on the account.
- Card information — the payment card on file.
Your current subscription
The subscription panel shows your plan name and, when active, the Next bill on date and the recurring amount (for example, a monthly price). If you're in a trial, the plan name is marked (Trial).
Enterprise (custom) plans show as Enterprise (Custom) instead of a self-serve price.
Trial
Most new plans start with a free trial. During the trial your workspace is fully active and the subscription is marked as trialing. When the trial ends, the plan converts and billing begins on your renewal date. Added seats during a trial are prorated and align to that renewal date.
Change your plan
- On the Billing tab, open the subscription update control.
- Choose the plan you want. Numio shows a preview of the change before you confirm.
- Confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock the matching features (see Plans and feature gating).
Update payment method and billing details
- Card — update the card on file from the Card information section.
- Billing name and address — edit these in the Billing information section.
Keeping a valid card on file prevents a lapse in access when your subscription renews.
Cancel your subscription
- On the Billing tab, in the subscription panel, select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Cancellation is at the end of the current billing period, not immediate. After you cancel, the panel shows Subscription will cancel on that date, and your workspace stays active until then.
Keep your subscription
If you've scheduled a cancellation and change your mind, the panel shows a Keep Subscription button. Select it before the cancel date to stay subscribed and clear the scheduled cancellation.
What happens after cancellation
Once the cancel date passes, the workspace becomes inactive. An inactive workspace blocks editing and analytics. See Account status and access control for exactly what's disabled and how to reactivate.
Notes
- Only the Owner can change or cancel the subscription.
- Seat charges are separate from the plan price and renew on the same date.
