This article covers how to create a Numio account and sign back in, using either email or your Google account.
Numio uses passwordless sign-in: you never set or remember a password. You either receive a sign-in link by email, or you authenticate with Google.
Create an account
- Go to the signup page and you'll see the Create an account screen.
- Enter your email address in the Email field and select Get Started — or select Sign up with Google to use Google instead.
- If you used email, Numio sends a sign-in link to that address. Open the email and select the link to confirm.
The email sign-in link is time-limited and expires about 30 minutes after it's sent. If you wait too long, just request a new one from the sign-in screen.
Sign in to an existing account
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your email in the Email field and select Sign In, or use Sign in with Google.
- For email sign-in, open the link Numio sends you to complete the login.
If you try to sign in with an email that has no account, Numio shows an access-denied message instead of sending a link. Create an account first using the steps above.
Email and Google are linked by address
Your Google account and your email sign-in are tied to the same email address. If you originally signed up with Google and later try to sign in with the same email by link, Numio will tell you the account is connected to Google and ask you to sign in with Google instead. Use whichever method you set up first for that address.
Choosing a plan
New accounts select a plan before they get full workspace access. Plan selection happens once during onboarding, and most plans start with a free trial. See Plans and feature gating for what each plan includes and Billing, payment, and cancellation for trial and payment details.
Notes
- Numio's editor is desktop-only. You can sign in on any device, but building and editing calculators requires a desktop browser.
- There's no password to reset. If you can't get in, request a fresh sign-in link or use Google.
