This article covers your personal profile — the name and email tied to your Numio account, and how those values behave across workspaces.
Your profile is separate from any single workspace. It travels with your account, so the name you set here is the name your teammates see in every workspace you belong to.
Open your profile
Open your profile page from your account. You'll see a Profile details section with your avatar, name fields, and email.
Edit your name
- In Profile details, update the First Name and Last Name fields.
- Click out of the field (blur it) to save. Each field saves on its own as soon as you leave it — there's no separate Save button.
Numio combines your first and last name into a single display name automatically. That display name is what appears in the team list of every workspace you're a member of, so changing it once updates it everywhere.
Your email is read-only
The Email field shows the address tied to your account, but it's disabled — you can't change it here. Your email is your identity for sign-in (see Sign up and sign in), so it's fixed. If you need to use a different address, that's effectively a different account.
Avatar
Your avatar is shown next to your name. When you sign in with Google, Numio can use your Google profile image automatically.
How this relates to workspaces
Profile is per-person; workspace settings (name, branding, billing, team) are per-workspace. Editing your profile never changes a workspace's settings, and switching workspaces never changes your profile. For workspace-level settings, see Create and manage workspaces.
